Cogent AI MCP server

Add this server in your editor, then click Authenticate and sign in with your Cogent account.

Cursor

1. Open Cursor Settings → MCP (or add a project file .cursor/mcp.json).
2. Add this config:

3. Save, then in the MCP panel open cogent-ai and click Authenticate.
4. Sign in with your Cogent email and password in the browser.
5. In Agent chat, ask about internal docs (e.g. “Ask Cogent: …”).

VS Code

1. Add a project file .vscode/mcp.json (or use MCP settings in VS Code).
2. Add this config:

3. Reload / start the MCP server, then click Authenticate on cogent-ai.
4. Sign in with your Cogent account, then use Agent mode to ask questions.
